Previously in financial advice, Chris is one of the co-founders of New Homes Mortgage Broker. He has 15 years’ experience in the field which helps him give outstanding advice to clients. As well as managing all the processes at the firm, he’s on hand for inimitable mortgage & insurance advice and a game of golf- but admittedly is a bad loser!

Noord Romjon
Director
With over 20 years in the industry, Noord has all the experience from the ground up and is the other co-founder of New Homes Mortgage Broker and is the voice of reason amongst the team. He is always available to our clients through every step of the process and is extremely knowledgeable. In his spare time Noord enjoys cycling with his son and likes to play pool- he doesn’t usually win though!

Calvin Bird
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Calvin has been a part of the New Homes Mortgage Broker team since the beginning. Initially working as an integral part of the administration department, to now having worked his way up to become an irreplaceable broker on the team. He could have been a professional footballer had he not been too busy watching every series of Midsummer Murders growing up.

Lorna Owens
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Lorna has vast experience working with high street lenders and has covered over 4 years of her career at the helm of some big-name lenders. She most recently worked in an estate agency as their sole mortgage broker, showing that she can really be relied on to get your mortgage across the line in a fast-paced environment. If she’s not submitting your mortgage, she will probably be curled up reading a good thriller or cooking up a storm in her kitchen! NB: Food delivery not included with mortgage advice.

Maisie Saunders
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Maisie has worked within the network for many years and most recently was working in the compliance department, which gives her all the knowledge needed to make sure that the underwriters know exactly what they’re approving from the outset- so you’re in the safest hands. Netball used to be her game… but we are pleased to report that now it’s Mortgages!

Admin Manager
Our admin manager is the best in the business, and we aren’t afraid to shout about it! As well as helping us all to keep our administration in perfect order, Dawn (just about) manages to find time to catch up with all the drama in the Soaps and is a self-confessed bookworm.

Leanne Sinclair
Personal Assistant
A pivotal part in the everyday running of New Homes Mortgage Broker, not to mention her masses of experience in the world of insurance. A huge fan of Disney Villains, which means we definitely won’t be getting on the wrong side of her! Leanne has joined us as a Personal Assistant and helps out with all things admin.

Kerry Medlock
Admin
Kerry is on our lovely team of administrators and has years of previous experience working on sales floors. She is our sunshine here at New Homes Mortgage Broker and doesn't ever stop smiling. Her weekends are spent on football pitches, playing soccer-mum, and listening to 80's classics. FYI: If you ever find yourself needing Kerry's help, she can be easily incentivised with a small packet of penny sweets!
