What is deposit unlock?

Deposit Unlock is a new scheme which allows first-time buyers and home movers to borrow 95% Loan to Value (LTV) up to a maximum loan of £750,000, on New Build properties.

  • Available for home movers and first-time buyers across England, Wales and Scotland
  • The scheme covers newbuild houses and flats
  • Maximum loan size £750,000
  • Exclusively for New Build homes through a participating house builder. Please note, the builder must approve the use of Deposit Unlock before proceeding with the application.
