Apply for mortgage

We will discuss all of your options with you and then get all the paperwork done for you too! We will do all the chasing from our end, so you can leave us to do all the work.

Exchange contracts

Once your mortgage offer has been issued, your solicitors will request you to send your deposit monies to them. From here, you will exchange contracts and the whole process has become legally binding. All you need to do is put your feet up and wait for your completion date. Most brokers do not stay with you up until Exchange, but we do. Welcome home!
